    The Multimedia Designer and Coordinator is responsible for the creation, evolution, and creative process around the DentalOne Partners brands, including DentalWorks.  This position will create vibrant documentation, signage, and multi-media materials to help further the goals of the DentalOne Partners brands and help portray the company’s strategic advantages over other dental providers.


    Essential Functions:

    • Create images/designs/layouts that convey messaging defined by marketing leadership team
    • Design omni-channel marketing materials for both traditional and digital channels
    • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
    • Develops software code for use in website, email, display, and other digital marketing tactics
    • Present and incorporate recommended changes into the final design
    • Create deadlines and workflow processes around the company’s creative campaigns
    • Support all corporate websites to ensure they are best in class in the industry
    • Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
    • Coordinate and complete projects with outside agencies, internal stakeholders, art services, vendors, printers, etc.
    • Ensure deadlines are met for the completion of each marketing campaign
    • Provide creative support for other corporate areas, including recruitment, executive presentations and onboarding
    • Special projects as determined by the marketing leadership team


    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years design experience
    • Demonstrated effectiveness using both verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to prioritize work to be able to successfully complete multiple tasks within expected time frames
    • HTML coding required
    • Welcomes constructive feedback
    • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
    • Foresight to think through and anticipate future needs
    • Short and long-term planning
    • Equally effective working independently or as a member of a team


    Work environment/Conditions:

    • Fast Paced Office Environment
    • Limited travel may be required
